Terms of service
These terms cover the SchoolManagee website and the school management software. They were last updated on 20 October 2026. A subscribed school also has an order form that controls fees, term and data-processing details if it conflicts with this page.
The service
SchoolManagee provides cloud software for student records, attendance, grading, communication, fees and related school operations, plus iOS and Android apps for families and students. We may change modules, improve the product, or retire a feature with reasonable notice where a school depends on it.
Accounts and acceptable use
A school is responsible for who it invites and for removing access when someone leaves. Accounts are for the school’s own students and staff. Do not misuse the service to break the law, probe systems you do not administer, upload malware, or store information you have no right to hold.
Customer data
Schools own their student, staff and family data. SchoolManagee processes it to provide the product, secure it, and support the school. We do not sell student records. On request, and as described in the school’s agreement, we will export data and delete it after the subscription ends, subject to backups and any legal hold.
Demos, pricing and payment
A demo is a sales conversation, not a promise that every future feature is included. Pricing is confirmed when you book a demo and is written into the order form. Invoices are due as stated on the order. Late amounts may lead to a suspension after notice.
Warranties and liability
The website and the software are provided with reasonable care and on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, SchoolManagee is not liable for lost profits, lost data caused by the school’s own exports or integrations, or indirect damages. Liability for a subscription is capped at the fees paid for that subscription in the previous twelve months, except where the law does not allow a cap, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Governing law
The law that governs a subscribed school is the law named in that school’s order form. For use of this website alone, contact [email protected] and we will confirm the contracting entity for your country before you rely on a forum clause.
